Bulk Download

To download outputs from many analyses at once, use the bulk-download flow on the Analyses list page. It aggregates the results of the analyses you pick into a single archive.

How it works

  1. Open Analyses and click Bulk download in the toolbar. The Bulk download analyses modal opens, listing the eligible succeeded analyses with the size of each result set.
  2. Select the analyses you want, then click Build archive.
  3. iFlow packages the result files into a single archive in the background.
  4. When the archive is ready, the Analyses list shows a download link on the row. Click it to fetch the archive.

Why a build step

Archives for many analyses can be several GB. iFlow assembles the archive server-side and serves it via a time-limited link, which appears on the analysis row once the archive is ready.

What ends up in the archive

  • All non-PDF result files from each selected analysis (VCF, BAM, FASTQ, intermediate outputs).
  • Report PDFs are excluded — fetch those individually from the order's Sign Off page.

Permissions

Standard project roles can build and download archives. The demo_viewer role cannot — archives aggregate the same files demo viewers are restricted from downloading individually.
